Top marks to Ten Fourteen! No probs to substitute aubergine for the spuds. Lots of options for SCD, Colitis, crohns. They have a (C) beside all the menu options suitable for celiacs, which is useful as they cannot have anything with wheat, similar to those of us on SCD.
